Getting started
If you are new to this site, you will need to create a profile. Once completed, sign in to post your opinions on this Web site.
If you do not wish to complete a profile, you can still read others’ post but you will not be able to enter your own opinions.

Moderation Policy
All content on this discussion website is subject to the Discussion Forum Policy. If you find anything on this website offensive or inappropriate, please Contact Us to report specific posts or other contents that you believe do not comply with this policy.

Rate a Discussion Topic
To rate a discussion topic, you must first create a profile or sign in using your existing profile.
Once you have signed in, click the number of stars that best describes your opinion on the design or feature described in the discussion topic.
Average number ratings are displayed in real-time once the most current rating is saved. You may change your rating at any time.

Post your Opinions:
To post your opinions on a discussion:

Create a profile or sign in using your existing profile
Select the Exchange program of interest
Then select a Discussion Topic
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Enter a subject and message
Select a term that best describes your experience in relation to the discussion topic of interest. Complete any other information fields
(Optional) Click “Preview” to see how your post will appear on the Web site
Then click “Save”

To reply to someone else’s post:

Create a profile or sign in using your existing profile
Then click “Reply”
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Enter a subject and message
Select a term that best describes your experience in relation to the discussion topic of interest. Complete any other information fields
(Optional) Click “Preview” to see how your post will appear on the Web site
Then click “Save”

Once submitted, your post will be reviewed by the moderator and then posted to the site. Once your post is live, it can only be retracted by a moderator.

Member Profiles
Every registered user has a profile. You can view other member profiles by clicking their user name where it appears above the posts.

Edit your own profile by clicking on the My Profile link next to the Sign Out link at the top of the page.

Subscribe to E-mail Alerts
To receive e-mail alerts when a new post is added to a discussion topic, click “Subscribe to E-mail alerts” on any of the discussion topics.
You can also manage your subscriptions in the My Profile section, located at the top of the screen once you sign in.

Watching Videos on this Web site
Exchange features videos in one or more of the following formats:
