Additional opportunities for input from stakeholders will be provided through use of this NPDES Exchange. As work proceeds EPA will also determine whether additional meetings and consultations are warranted in order to comply with EPA’s Federalism Guidance and various Executive Orders. Those documents set out the expectations for EPA to coordinate with organizations representing states, counties, and municipalities, as well as tribal consultations, and notifications to small businesses and small governmental jurisdictions.
