Original Question: If the state or EPA did create an electronic system for reporting Clean Water Act or NPDES information, what additional technology would your facility need in order to report electronically?

Computers and internet access are the basic requirements for electronic system reporting. Other gadgets or technology needed would depend on the system set up and how big would the electronic reporting cover.
Technology is a dual edged sword and could work to our advantage or disadvantage depending on the level of responsibility that we have when we use it.
It would depend on what system was set up. we probably have all the necessary technology.
It would depend on what the state sets up. we probably have all the necessary technology.
The existing electronic system for reporting Clean Water Act or NPDES information is good but not explicit. It should work faster, especially in the time of terror acts possibility.
Perhaps the percentage of the cleanliness of the water and the facility in which the people would know if they are paying it right.
I think the electronic system available is what I think the best thing so far.
